Because sometimes you need to remind your soul of the truth, God’s truth.

Speak these faith affirmations out loud. Whisper them if you may. But let them settle into your heart and remind you who are you, and whose you are.

1.

I am held, even when I feel weary .

Isaiah 41:10

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you…”

You may feel overwhelmed, but you are not abandoned. God hasn’t left you to figure it all out. He’s holding your hand through it, even when you can’t feel it.

2.

God’s grace is enough for today.

2 Corinthians 12:9

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

You don’t have to be everything and you don’t have to do everything. His grace fills the gap. Lean into it.

3.

God is walking me through this season, I won’t be here forever.

Ecclesiastes 3:1

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”

Whatever you’re facing right now, it’s not the final chapter. This season has an end. Keep walking. You will come out on the other side.

4.

My weakness is a doorway to His strength.

Psalm 73:26

“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”

You don’t have to be the strongest woman in the room. God is strong for you. Let Him be.

5.

God still has a plan, even if I can’t see it.

Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.”

Even when things don’t make sense. Even when the doors keep closing. His plan hasn’t changed and He hasn’t changed His mind about you.

Affirmations don’t change your reality instantly. But they do shift your posture and perspective. Only believe in your heart.
