Let’s be honest, some nights, I just don’t have it in me to prep a full meal after work. But I’m still hungry. Tired. On the verge of reaching for something processed or heavy, just to fill the gap.

That’s where this little bowl of berries comes in!

It’s my lazy girl’s bedtime snack. No cooking, no effort. Just rinse, pour, and curl up.

Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, not only are they light and satisfying, but they also do more than curb cravings. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants that help reduce inflammation and protect the brain. Raspberries are high in fibre, supporting digestion overnight. Blackberries are known to help regulate blood sugar. And strawberries? They deliver vitamin C that supports skin repair while you sleep.

It’s sweet, refreshing, and easy. No guilt. No bloating. Just a goodly kind of nourishment that feels good on days when you didn’t quite get it right.

So, while the chips and cookies may call your name, this is what’s been saving me. A bowl of berries. A small act of care. A better kind of comfort.
