1. Don’t Rush Your Mornings

How your morning begins often determines the tone of your entire day. When you wake up late and hurry through your routine, you start the day in a frantic, fragmented state. But when you give yourself time, even just 20 - 30 extra minutes, you reclaim space to move gently and think clearly. You can shower slowly, get dressed with thoughtfulness, and ease into your tasks without panic.

2. Nourish Your Body With Real Food

Spending time with God in the morning anchors your emotions, renews your purpose, and re-centres your identity around something deeper than achievement.
