1. Get a Professional Qualification That Forces You to Level Up

The only thing standing between you and that promotion, pivot, or contract might be a three-letter certification. Stop delaying. Whether it’s a PMP, Scrum, CIPD, CFA, or an online course,  enrol and stretch yourself. Credentials still matter.

2. Apply for Roles That Are at Least One Level Higher Than Your Current Role
